Supervised staff and medical facility for large manufacturing plant, acted as corporate liaison between plant medical and corporate medical staff for Chrysler Corporation. Acted as communicator between plant medical and plant Human Resources departments for determination of work restrictions, permanent and total disability and Family and Medical Leave Act status. Acted as liaison between plant medical and plant safety staff for immediate assessment of injury risk at sites where injuries occurred. Familiarized with OSHA-recordability regulations. Determined OSHA-recordability status of all injuries at the plant.
