Daily Duties at Worley Parsons:
Provide Project Manager, Project Leads, and Client with weekly and monthly progress reports, and status reports on expended budgets, remaining budgets, estimates for takeoffs and forecasts for schedule, cost and man-hours. • Work directly with procurement in assigning charge codes and implementing cost reporting procedures. • Provide weekly schedule updates, s curves and look ahead to Client, Project Leads, and Project Manager. • Implement change in procedures by developing various tables, tools, and databases that saved cost and man-hours. • Provide Project Controls services on projects executing Pre-FEED, FEED, and details designs. • Setup job costing broken down by Job number, WBS, Cost Code, Cost Type, and Work Code.
