Corporate formation and transactions (for-profit and non-profit), including mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions and managing corporate records; Draft and analyze corporate contracts; Real estate development and corporate transactions including the drafting of ancillary conveyance, loan and lease documents; Extensive Small Business Administration (“SBA”) loan program experience including compiling, reviewing and submitting loan packages to SBA for review and approval; Due diligence review and summaries of title, survey, easements, settlement statements, and related materials; Draft transactional documents based on deal requirements; Draft leases and review and prepare lease abstracts Closing Officer/Manager for firm’s title insurance company; and Office Manager for firm’s Paoli office; Civil litigation
