■ Developed and executed a system for collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from patient records; ■ Accountable for budget preparation and financial management, fund disbursement and financial reporting for summer project group; ■ Demonstrated leadership within summer volunteer group by directly addressing employee problems and proactive problem solving; ■ Prepared grant follow-up reports and analysis within grant specifications; ■ Coordinated necessary construction materials and supplies to reach the clinic; ■ Directly assisted the Executive Director in coordinating logistics of ground and air transportation for the summer volunteer team.
