Daily Duties at Parker/Hunter Incorporated:
Managed 50+ cases annually for the Public Finance department. Assisted senior members of the department involved in bond underwriting for school districts and municipal authorities by preparing documentation such as Official Statements and all information needed to secure insurance and credit ratings. Maintained and deepened relationships with clients and other professionals involved in the underwriting process. * Preparation of official documents used in conjunction with municipal bond issuance for school districts and municipal authorities * Preparation of debt service schedules for new municipal bond issues * Procurement of insurance and/or ratings for municipal bond issues * Project management for senior members of the Public Finance Department
