Conducted inventory analysis and planning for three product lines totaling 500+ SKUs to the entire fleet of 500+ stores. * Ensured proper inventory levels in stores throughout year; conducted analysis on needs based on merchandise planning projections Served as intermediary between merchandise planning and ordering * Completed roll-out of new product line to all stores; rollout involved different fixture totals in 15 different store styles. Required precise timing to coordinate with fixture delivery, staff levels and storage space issues * Analyzed daily sales results to provide timely and accurate replenishment to stores to ensure in-stock status on items throughout the all-important launch period
