As a member of a team with two other advisors, my main focus was to guide the implementation of a more holistic approach to financial planning for existing clientele. Through this process, the team's reoccurring revenue increased while the focus moved to serving a smaller client base, enabling a deeper focus on relationships with the clients. * Responsible for creating financial plans that encompass investment, insurance (life, long term care, annuities) and estate planning objectives * Conduct client meetings where financial plans are presented and each facet is explained to the client * Team management – create annual business plan, coordinate client-reach activities, manage weekly meetings
