Daily Duties at Banorte Generalli:

Responsible for the date to date Financial operation in the branch, supervised the areas of Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Financial Reporting, in charge of the forecast and budget process and the reporting of Financial figures to our HQ. Explain variances between Actual, Forecast and Budget, recommend and implement short and medium term solutions to improve cost savings base on financial trends. Manage the accruals and other key Balance Sheet accounts. Supervise and enforce all the Internal Control policies and Investment policies of the Bank. Work with the external Auditors and Banking commissions to ensure compliance with all regulations.
