Daily Duties at Valeo Engine Cooling, Nafta:
Planned the profitability of the Company thru an optimization of the NAFTA Treasury function, reduction of the inventory days, and reduction in over dues. Management of currency exposure and FX operations, Oversee the risk management in all the NAFTA Region. Manage the custody of corporate funds and assets. Assist the Treasurer of the Group with the coordination of real state acquisitions in the area and the refinancing of our debts. Secure and negotiate banking relations with foreign and National Banks. Responsible for the analysis of the indebtedness of the company and propose Accruals accordingly, Consolidated the Financial reporting among the NAFTA Divisions. Enforced and applied the Internal Control polices in the NAFTA region. Analyzed and supervised the intercompany account reconciliation with the different Group Branches. Responsible for the investment and CAPEX follow-up ($8.5MUSD within 10 top projects), Responsible for the Analysis of discrepancies in the Monthly Forecast and Budgets for the NAFTA region.
