Daily Duties at Gerresheimer Glass Inc:
Oversaw the Corporate Treasury operations of the Group, including: cash management, corporate funding, cash pooling, FX Hedging & Investments. Compliance with FAS 133 & 52, supervise the Corporate Risk management, direct domestic and international cash management activities consistent with global liquidity needs in NA, Europe and China, negotiate the refinancing our internal debt and Manage the global Currency exposure, with our pool of Banks, assist the CFO with capital projects, Real State acquisitions, and debt restructuring. Coordinate employee benefits plan asset investment. Recommend and implement long range strategies for improving the Treasury Function to drive the group to its full potential, overseeing bank pool negotiations for our Loan facility, and managing the revolving credit facilities for financial flexibility.
