Daily Duties at First Data Corporation:
• Partnered with and provided counsel to SVP, his Regional Sales Organization and his leadership team • Provided strategic Human Resource counsel to senior business leaders for the Company’s entire Regional Sales Organization, consisting of more than 1000 colleagues • Partnered with all levels of Sales management, attended strategic business planning sessions, took part in succession planning and performance review/management meetings and consulted on all employee relations issues. • Participated in regular staff meetings with senior level managers to provide feedback, coaching, counsel and support with both human resource and operational issues on a broad and strategic basis
