Daily Duties at Rbs World Pay (Div. Of Royal Bank Of Scotland):

Brought on board to establish HR leadership for 1200-person organization (800 corporate and support staff located in Atlanta HQ and over 400 regional sales colleagues dispersed nationwide). Member of Executive Leadership Team, responsible for establishing initiatives and goal setting. • Quickly accepted by senior management – including CEO, Senior Vice Presidents and Sales leadership – as trusted and strategic business partner.  Created business line budgets and adhering to forecasts throughout fiscal year.  Made key contributions to performance management, succession planning, employee relations, decision making and high-level business reviews. • Achieved Human Resource STAR Award for personal HR Excellence within first six months with RBS WorldPay – especially for provided leadership and guidance during rebuilding and structuring of the HR team. • Contracted with an outside Sales Training Organization to initiate sales-strategy training for regional salespeople. New training program increased productivity and quota attainment; also improved salesforce retention by 20%. • Implemented a Team 360 Feedback program for the senior leadership team. • Improved efficiency of staffing and spans of control within departments. Achieved result by partnering with outside consulting firm to re-engineer business line structure. • Orchestrated annual employee-feedback surveys and established ER teams to address areas of concern.
