Sain Gobain Work Values

Daily Duties at Sain Gobain:

Utility maintenance of the whole plant, and incharge of production extention project last 9 months. most of the equipment of the plant is computer controlled, the key equipment is form Europe and USA, PLC is form SEIMENS(s95u and 115u), I was sent to SEIMENS for training of PLC and other company for other equipment. My work involve in preventive maintenance and maintenance, purchase the spare parts for equipment and also in charge of cost control of maintenance, the supplier are both form China and oversea, most of the supplier are fixed for SAINT-GOBAIN, make procedure for the technicians for every piece of equipment and check their daily work, compare the curve of efficiency and maintenance event. I also in charge of ISO9001 system training in the plant. The key equipment including compressed air system, heavy and light oil system, LPG system, batch system , fabrication , furnace.
