Daily Duties at Tke:

started each day at 5 am. Answered emails 43 on average daily due to 87 open WC cases, updated WC files with medical documentation, spoke with WC insurance adjusters, case managers and nurses on injured employees. Accomplished safety audits on a daily basis, made recommendations for curing these deficiencies, safety training on monthly topics, resolved HR problems that they needed helpon, accident investigations, with daily meeting with VP's of manufacturing, aided outside ontractors in work releases, using their documents to verify WC insurance, reported to Corporate all WC issues on a hourly or daily basis, this normally involved over two hours of my day each day, this was all accomplished in a 11 or 12 hour day without breaks other that restroom times. Ordered safety suplies for 800 employees at one location, 280 employees at another location. Represented TKE in judicial rulings and cases to determine percents of disabilities or payments of percents of loss. Directed activities of assistant for a period of 4 months until his dismissal without my notice.
