Daily Duties at Headstrong:

Client: Rexel, Dallas, Texas Oracle Distribution Team Leader/Subject Matter Expert Key Modules: Order Management, Inventory, etc An Oracle 11i Application package development and customization project implemented in Dallas, Texas, where she worked with at least 5-10 resources - Conducted Impact Analysis and prepared estimates for the deliverables especially on the Distribution modules for Order to Cash processes which includes automatic workflow approval processes, Cost of Goods Sold Account Generation, Automatic Pricing Calculation, Pricing Override rule, customer facing documents, stock replenishment controls, Billing processes, etc. - Conducted QA on the technical design and deliverables among different system integration like Oracle Applications, EDI, Jetform, e-Sales Compensation and other legacy systems. - Designed and Developed processes and workflow for Distribution, Pricing, Purchasing and Financial modules - Worked with the team to implement process improvement mechanism across the project by setting standards. - Worked as part of the Product Support Group (PSG) who provided the design approaches or best practices, templates to a group of developers for data conversion of the legacy data like AR invoices, receipts, customers, salesperson, suppliers, AP invoices, accounts etc. - Performed Performance Tuning Reviews on the deliverables. - Monitored Team’s progress. - Prepare the strategy for on-time delivery of the Overall Project Installation Instructions and monitor the overall project progress on this
