Daily Duties at Creative Technologies Through Suvin Technologies:
Client: Creative Technologies, Singapore Oracle ERP Development Team Leader /Functional/Technical Consultant Key Modules: Order Management, Inventory, etc She worked with the client’s MIS Global Operations Manager for Asia-Pacific, Americas and Europe implementations for management of at least 10 ERP Analysts - Designed solutions for the third party Order Capture systems, and shipment systems into Oracle Applications Order Management and automatically alerts the key users of the pending deliveries and confirmed deliveries per day - Designed solutions for capturing order data and shipment information for Oracle Applications 11.5.8 from lower Oracle Application release - Conducted analysis on the business requirement and map it to the Oracle Applications if it requires a set-up as a standard change or a system customization - Conducted QA on all ERP team releases, design, development and approval of customization design for Order to Cash for automated billing, Forecast to Demand, Demand to Build, Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture processes and integrations. - Prepared and Implemented standards for Oracle 11.5.8 (11i), 11.0.28, and 11.5.5 extension. - Conducted GAP analysis and coached the team on the designs and set-up needed for the business requirements. - Monitored development project status, change request progress and report progress to Global Operation Manager. - Conducted impact analysis, development, and optimization of the package. - Worked with the technical team and coordinate with functional team on the best design and approach for various interface and reporting requirements from one module or legacy system to another. - Designed and Developed processes, workflow, data conversions for ASCP, Pricing, Distribution, Purchasing and Financial modules - Provided Application Support and worked with the users, functional team and technical team on the issue resolution. Modules: Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory, Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Work in Process, Bill of Materials, Engineering, Advance Supply Chain Planning
