Daily Duties at Department Of Defense :
Executed all office administrative needs including training, briefs, manuals, compensation, benefits, pension, payroll, time & attendance and HR functions (EEO,FLSA,FMLA,ADA). Scheduled and facilitated meetings, maintained manpower. Recruited and trained new hires. Conducted internal and external customer service. Managed a team of 6 in support of 100 exempt and non-exempt employees. • Facilitated computer based training, Annual Education, Total Rewards, New Employee Orientation. • Created and edited technical and non-technical curriculum and procedural documentation to train employees. • Developed and implemented diversity sourcing program to recruit stateside and local hires. • Created acculturation/onboarding program to help stateside hires acclimate to life in Japan. • Co-designed content and format of the company’s Intranet.
