Daily Duties at Integris Health :

Analyzed and applied policies and laws to rectify personnel issues (FMLA, EEO, FLSA). Counsel employees about benefits package including retirement, pension, online total rewards and wellness programs. Coach & Counsel management regarding disciplinary actions, payroll, time & attendance and compensation. Worked with management to write and amend corporate policies, organizational procedures and performance management. Supported the recruitment of hard to fill positions, new employee orientation, onboarding, talent management, retention and engagement. • Evaluated business needs and developed strategic employee relations solutions to improve employee morale, retention and engagement “Going Green- Open Enrollment 2010” and “Retaining Employees for the 21st Century”. • Assisted in the creation of training materials and curriculum; created employee orientation video for New Employee Orientation and implemented Mobile HR. • Assisted with the implementation & development of online appraisal interface system (testing and design) using HR Smart platform.
