Daily Duties at Cascade Software Tech:

Customer: Call Technologies & 3-Com Technical Lead (Call Mediator) (Sept 2000 – June 2001) Developed flow-through provisioning software (OSS) product for Call Technologies, Inc., later acquired by 3Com. Call Mediator enhances flow-through provisioning by automating the reject-order processing. This product provided 250% in cost savings to Verizon. Platform built based on client-server architecture, Visual C++, C and Informix data base. Customer: NEC America Technical Lead (QA) (Dec 1997 – August 2000) Managed outsourced software development project to develop network management platform based on telecom standards. Managed integration team of 20 (in-house and off-shore) to conduct functional, scenario and performance tests. Managed budget for staff and resources, built test lab environment. Brought under control vendor management and processes to achieve cost efficiency. Managed multi-level acceptance tests at the end-user (AT&T) lab environment. Managed test and development engineers. Product was successfully deployed at the CSP.
