Daily Duties at Tele Tv:

Tele-TV is a media venture funded by erstwhile Bell-Atlantic, Nynex and Pacific Bell. Led a team of 25 engineers to perform end-to-end system integration of video-on-demand and linear broadcast system. This effort resulted in product acceptance to field trials at three different RBOC locations. Participated in multi-vendor agreements, SOW and system specifications (multi-media transport system). Performed staff and resource planning, enforced cost-efficiency, Managed RFP for satellite and off-air (VHF/UHF) head-end design and deployment. Managed the procurement and installation of the head-end at the Reston facility.
