Responsible for product management, project management, supporting pre-sales activities, requirements planning and management, technical specifications and architecture. - Developed detailed product feature list for OSS application, created roadmap for executive approval, defined WBS and charted planning - Prepared RFP/RFI responses, supported pre-sales activities by on-line and on-site demos, customer meetings resulting in contract wins - Implemented repeatable and measurable processes for requirement elicitation, documentation, including mind mapping techniques and requirements traceability matrix for product development using SDLC; used UML behavior diagrams for solutions, architecture and design - Worked on proposal for planning and management of NGN equipments and services, Ethernet, MPLS, GMPLS, Control plane, management plane, transport plane, OTN, storage services - Developed detailed technical specifications for NMS/EMS software implementing complete FCAPS functions managing multi-technology equipments, using UML techniques, flow-charts - Design, architecture for enterprise networks using MPLS, VPN, IPSec, Ethernet services and management techniques using snmp manager, event aggregator, event analyzer tools - Worked with other divisions of NEC to propose integrated solutions for storage networks, IPTV platform, NOC managed services and identity management
