Daily Duties at Weitz Construction:
• Review, process and maintain 55+ sub-contractor contracts; insurance, bonds, change orders, etc. • Organize day-to-day functions at Solaris, $235 million project. • Present daily safety orientations for guests and workers. Since my inception of this program, serious safety incidents have decreased 3%, to 9.0, just above the national average. My efforts have also recovered thousands of dollars in mischarged drug tests costs. • Due to reduction of force, my position was eliminated.
