Managed all aspects of Clinic Financial Administration for the five undergraduate, and three graduate dental clinics operated by the School, averaging over 400 patient visits per day. Directed a staff of up to 20 receptionists, cashiers and insurance billers. Coordinated replacement of numerous ‘peg-board’ cash-receipts A/R systems with a single integrated computerized patient A/R system to establish uniform accounting across all clinics.
