Reported to Quality Director of Technologyand was responsibile as liaison with internal functional groups to insure technical, quality and operational objectives were achieved. Ensured compliance of identification of non-compliance to customer specification requirements. Supervised and coordinated 5 individuals in support of internal laboratory activities and was principal point of contact as liaison with external laboratories.
