• Supervised the implementation of swine purchasing and selling contracts by completing daily FICO transactions for both accounts payable and accounts receivable using the SAP computer software. Focused efforts on collection of delinquent accounts and review of customer’s credit risk. • Prepared/Reviewed dealers' financial statements to establish financial trends using key ratios for comparison. • Participated in annual meetings with key dealers to create business plans and future growth strategies for the dealership based on trends identified. • Prepared month end Profit & Loss reporting on company owned animals and contract animals using SAP. Continued analysis of individual Profit and Loss reports for certain plants. Completed closeouts and monthly risk reports for Company's Joint Venture Accounts. • Trained other employees on computer programs such as Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word. Provided support for the SAP financial system for payable and receivable accounts using controlling functions.
