Daily Duties at Att Alascom :

Managed ATT employees and subcontractors. Served as project manager for Antarctica communications system. Became the successful bidder and re-negotiated a new contract for Antarctica. Negotiated numerous contracts for various earth stations. Project managed the existing equipment and procurements of ongoing projects. Supervised Eagle River Gateway Earth Station, other earth stations inside Alaska, supervised contracts in Washington State, Panama, Denver Co. and Andrews AFB. Negotiated the sales of Satellite Earth Stations in and out of the US. Supervised Alascom teams (Data shop, Eagle River Earth station, Talkeetna earth station, Vashon Island Washington Earth station). Installed WMS in the Alaska market for ATT. Installed and commissioned Redcom switches. Provided SAR (Satellite access request) and GAR ( Gateway access request). Installed and commissioned VoIP systems over satellite, microwave, land lines and fiber.
