Daily Duties at Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates:
• Perform complex data and statistical analysis in support of standing customer requests as well as requests made extempore. Responsible for database design, administration, security, and maintenance • Manage the integrity of client databases and ensure that all database-related tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner • Develop programs, methodologies and files for analyzing and presenting data. Convert data into cross tabs for analysis and accurately code variables from original data • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and add value through project consultation by offering data solutions • Manage and train all company new hires • Transform data for clients using Python, Merlin, and QBasic
