Facilitate, coordinate and expedite the development, design, review, approval and construction of complex County capital building projects and renovations. Plans, coordinates, and manages complex capital projects. Coordinates and reviews the work of professional and sub-professional engineering, technical, and inspection staff. Manages the work of consultants, contractors, and others. Coordinates projects task with the work of other departments. Administers capital improvement construction contracts. Participates in pre-bid and pre-construction, meetings with contractors. Coordinates work between contractors, consultants, County agencies, and other components of county government. Arranges and conducts meetings with consultants, contracts, and the public. Performs field inspections of sites.
