Daily Duties at Brinker International Chili's:

Oversee staff of 80+ employees. Directly responsible for all aspects of training new hires. Recruiting. Setting, meeting and beating shiftly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets. Increase guest experience to exceptional level. Quality control on all food items. Oversee all daily, weekly and monthly location maitenance. Inventory control including shiftly, daily, weekly and monthly counts/budgets. Responsible for maintaining constant food and location sanitation and safety in accordance with all local city and state laws. Handle all issues,opportunities involving staff and guests. Set up weekly charity partnership events with local charities. Coordinate charity efforts with national charities affliated with our national brand.
