Daily Duties at Us Army:

•Planned, coordinated, and supervised the execution of a Basic Infantry Training company with over 880 soldiers annually •Supervise the maintenance and operations of a $4 million dollar training facility comprise of barracks, arms room and headquarters •Responsible for the continuous development of Soldiers through advanced schooling •Conducted performance evaluations and talent rating •Served as a coached and mentor •Overall responsible for the health and welfare of all subordinate personnel
