Daily Duties at Epc Global:
Led the execution of 12 concurrent, small capital projects over a special 90-day contract, overseeing 10-member engineering teams and $150K project budgets. Developed and directed all schedules, resources, and budget estimates while overseeing engineering performance to quality specifications. • Delivered all projects on time and on budget by instituting a comprehensive spreadsheet coordinating tasks and resources across all projects along with best practices previously lacking from the department. • Recognized for outstanding performance and project management leadership with an offer of a permanent position with this global leader.
