Ran all operations of the company’s Beaumont satellite office, ensuring the ongoing management of the location’s entire project portfolio while maintaining and building the office’s client base through strategic marketing and business development efforts. Additionally led numerous engineering projects for one of the company’s major refinery clients. • Built the Beaumont location into the fastest-growing engineering company in the region, bringing in $850K in new business and expanding the project management team 275% to accommodate this rapid growth. • Consistently delivered projects more than 10% under budget. • Landed a benchmark 85% of new project proposals.
