Daily Duties at Hyatt Regency Hotels:
Initially hired as the Executive Sous Chef at the LAX Hyatt, my role Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef included daily management of 3 to 4 food and beverage outlets; including - fine dining, quick service and full service restaurants, banquets and cafeteria. Daily tasks included managing daily purchases of all food, beverages, and alcoholic beverages, maintaining appropriate staffing levels to maximize efficiency and achieve agreed upon labor costs, support sales and marketing efforts, and assuring compliance with and state and local municipalities.
