Initially hired as the Executive Chef for the ESPN Zone’s, then promoted to Director; primary focus and accomplishment were on increasing quality of food and beverage, defining and standardizing all operating processes, leveraging corporate resources and benchmarking, and controlling all variable operating expenses.
