Daily Duties at Provider Solutions:
Responsible for product direction, design, development, and maintenance of Home Health Care and Hospice management systems including Billing, Payroll, AR, AP, GL and Patient Management. Direct responsibility for all phases of the software development projects from ideation and requirements definition through customer implementation. * Researched, documented, and implemented development methodologies to improve software product delivery timelines and quality. * Developed and implemented company-wide QA and delivery procedures which significantly improved the quality of the products and implementations. * Managed development teams of permanent and contract developers, designers, requirements analysts, and trainers who were responsible for development, delivery and support of the Home Health and Hospice Agency Billing systems. * Worked with internal and external customers to define product requirements and develop roadmaps and plans for product upgrades and enhancements. * Designed, coordinated, and implemented system upgrades from product direction through implementation. * Coordinated major implementations of Home Health and Hospice management and scheduling systems, which included delivery, consulting, and training services to the customers ranging from single entity agencies to large agencies with multiple providers and multiple branches. Worked with customers to define their business processes, and tailored the software implementation to maximize the benefits they received from the software.
