Managed critical company projects and process engineering in a 202,000 sq. ft. facility that operated 24 hours a day. Initiated, developed, and executed cost savings and manufacturing capacity projects to support corporate objectives. Initiated and supervised a 5 year continuous cost and waste reduction improvement project for each of the five main baking lines.
