Daily Duties at Farnsworth Group:

• Perform engineering duties in planning and designing building systems • Coordinate and assist in the documentation of Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BoD) • Apply electrical theory and relevant knowledge to write and execute functional performance tests on electrical systems and equipment • Conduct job site visits to review, research and test electrical building systems/components • Review electrical equipment submittals, design drawings and O&M Manuals • Integrate client’s QA/QC requirements into legally binding construction documents • Develop meeting minutes, agendas and comprehensive client training programs for staff • Use, research, and develop employer’s proprietary quality verification system (CxTool) to develop equipment checklists and track commissioning issues • Develop best practices and quality lessons learned reports • Prepare & Analyze weekly, monthly and Job operations reports • Conduct Quality Audits & develop quality programs/standards for workers on field • Develop project control information & Administrate contract adjustment
