Monitor assigned sites, determine necessary escalations, train co-workers, create data reports and spreadsheets using Excel, download and resize photos, audit documents for errors and exceptions, mediate between managers and other support staff, communicate technical problems, create strategies for efficient data management, supervise helpdesk activities, and communicate ongoingly with project managers.
