• Manage all staff and store operations using time-management skills • Coach, Train, and mentor staff while creating successful café culture • Analyze sales and expense data in order achieve store financial goals • Constantly review store progress and evaluate performance. • Focus on increasing sales while maintaining customer satisfaction • Engage in all Food Merchandising and Marketing of menu items Evaluate and monitor progress of sales and operations
