Made the GCD Quality Assurance Laboratory a fun place to work, while improving output and increasing productivity. Updated procedures, developed in-house reporting software to increase lab reporting through put by 30%, while training seven Project Engineers and Supervising four full time technicians. Responsible for beta testing of new divisional plant equipment and advising Container Design Engineers with detailed recommendations for new container designs. International assignments in Europe and Canada training and rolling out Statistical Process.
