Daily Duties at Owens Brockway:
Daily customer interface providing line and performance analysis and all customer communications, including quarterly presentations, complaint investigations, corrective action responses, as well as preventative measures. Provide technical analysis for all plant departments associated with defect correction. Develop plant and corporate initiatives for quality improvement based on trends and customer initiatives. Responsible for implementing cost saving measures, which helped factory achieve lowest cost/ton goal in North America. Part of the Toano team responsible for controlling, maintaining and certifying all in plant measuring systems. Responsible for all GMP programs through out the Toano facility.
