Successfully operated a business that specialized in being the IT Department that most small businesses cannot afford. Clients were primarily in the medical and dental professions. • Sold and implemented Electronic Health Records software to medical offices. This included the setup of network infrastructure, servers, and desktop computers. Assisted the office in developing plans to convert from paper charting to electronic charting. • Responsible for research, acquisition and configuration of all network and server hardware for a variety of professional service offices. • Administered DNS , Website and Email Servers for several domains, providing services to over a dozen businesses.
