Daily Duties at Sud Chemie Performance Packaging:
Payroll • Monitor weekly time sheets for FSLA violations • Verify & research payroll related functions on a daily basis • Work with supervisors to change schedules & job classification • Work with team-leaders to verify employee time cards • Monthly reporting for the Department of Labor on hours & wages • Accounts Receivable • Worked closely with HR to keep employee records accurate • Handle miscellaneous projects • Research administrative projects • Employee facilitator for plant-wide QTT teams and committees • Assisted HR in gathering information for EEOC charges • Assisted HR in gathering information in Affirmative Action Plans • Arranged for hiring & placement of temporary workers • Employee record maintenance • Employment salary verification • Help administer Flex plan • Administered Workman Compensation claims • Assisted employees with benefits & policy issues • Monitored hours worked & time sheet charges for temporary employees
