• Employee Relations • Assist employees with employment issues • Employment Verification • Administrator of all benefits • Department of Labor reporting • Processed all Workman Compensation Claims • Kept managers informed of employees on leave of absence • Assisted in the launch of 401(K) pension for all employees for 2 companies • Assisted in the launch of medical benefits for all employees for 2 Companies • Maintained accurate employee records • Prepared billings for all benefits • Trained and assisted all employees on benefits • Trained and assisted all employees on policy & procedures • Process and trained all new employee • Trained all employees on DOT, Safety and New Employee Orientation • Scheduled appointments, screened incoming calls and kept the President And General Manager informed of all their appointments and meetings. • Gathered all note, information, and data needed for President & General meetings, appointments, and conferences.
