Day to day management including facilitation of promotional efforts with members, directed promotional and office staff. Responsible for budget preparation, Board of Director's meetings, By-Laws obedience and amendments. Conducted numerous presentations on industry market segments to end users and decision-makers. IRMCA was known as the best state ready mix organizations in the country- earning 2006 State Association of the Year by NRMCA.
