Daily Duties at Genentech, Inc:

Responsible for all operational duties and maintenance, repair and installation of cGMP compliance related machinery with the world leader in Biotechnology and pharmaceutical research and production. Deal in all aspects of maintenance related to hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, electro-mechanical, water treatment, PLC troubleshooting, Computerized Maintenance Management System (gMMS) and EMPAC tool user, Trackwise, synopsis, DMS, gECO, HAZWOPER, and hazardous material handling. Safety team and first alert team member. Work hazards include high pressure steam, chemicals, gases, fluids, and must perform under strict compliance with FDA regulations and generated SOP's. responsible for interaction with outside vendors/contractors fo many repair and modification projects. Extensive experience with SAP based requisitioning systems for quotes and work implementation.
