Daily Duties at Global Pharmaceutical Supply Group (Gpsg) North America A Unit Of Alza Corporation:

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all building, support, and process utility systems associated with; a) the production and packaging of prescribed controlled substances, b) the HVAC for personnel comfort as well as for the control of temperature sensitive processes and substances, c) the collection and mitigation of sanitary and process waste streams, d) water treatment, production, and supply for multiple grades of water needed for any and all processes associated with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; HVAC, BAS (building automation systems), air handling units, exhaust and HEPA filtered systems, waste water treatment plants, chemical supply, storage, and transfer systems, piping and valves for: carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, PFA, PTFE, Teflon, and most high purity piping and tubing systems, electrical system troubleshooting and repair, hydraulic and pneumatic system repair installation and maintenance, and Emergency response team leadership and membership. In addition to these physical duties, many administrative duties are performed as well: technical documentation, vendor bidding and selection, Project management, and cGMP compliance.
