Daily Duties at Oso Bio Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing, Llc.:

Responsible for all aspects of engineering duties associated with a fast-paced manufacturing facility, equipped to produce parential (injectable) pharmaceutical drugs. Primary duties included: heavy project management, planning, budgeting, risk assessment and mitigation, documentation at all phases and levels of the tasks, and job scope specification. Aside from this, other collateral duties included; HEPA certification program development and implementation & tracking; Change Control writing, tracking, and closing; Building improvement and maintenance projects and budgeting; & extreme levels of support to maintain a 100% time-table adherence in a fast-paced cGMP production environment. Upon my hiring, I was also given the responsibility of taking the much disorganized and the extremely, fiscally wasteful plant Shutdown evolutions, which average 2 weeks in length and reoccur every 6 months. In the past, shutdowns meant contractors sat around waiting until they were told that they could start their assigned jobs. OsoBio was responsible for paying for the entire length of time that the contractors were onsite. Over the last 6 Shutdown periods (3 Years), I have single-handedly coordinated and choreographed huge shutdowns where five times the amount of work was completed in the same amount of allotted time, while the average cost per shutdown has gone down, even with the increase in material, labor, and incidental costs. In addition to the multi-million dollar shutdown evolutions, I average twenty to twenty-five additional projects. Certified to operate in Level A/B/C protection suits and anti-Cs. Did so as a Certified Hazardous Material Specialist
