Daily Duties at Direct Sales Coordinator:

Responsible for quality assurance, issue resolution, education and coaching direct sales representatives. Educated and trained team members on all levels of products and services. Directed, prepped, coordinated staff meetings. Compiled, reviewed, and analyzed key performance indicators. Managed sales territory distribution, data collection, and commission reporting Liaison for customers seeking a first call resolution pertaining to the products and services provided by the company. Increased productivity via field coaching of direct sale representatives. Complete special project related to regional data collection and analysis. Responsible for over seeing order entry of all potential sales via direct sales representatives
