Unified branding, staff, processes, technologies, and vendors. - Evolved email marketing programs that generate millions of emails per week to members and prospects. Focused on new marketing strategies, deliverability efforts, and list management processes. Managed related efforts of creative writers, html developers, database administrators, customer service representatives and email service providers. - Led cross-functional product development teams from design through implementation. Gathered and analyzed requirements from customers and stakeholders, created project plans, defined functional specifications and features, created user interface flows, tested products and fulfillment processes prior to launch, and ensured product quality and customer satisfaction continued after launch.
